Charge 3 screen blank and vibration not working

Hi, my Charge 3 screen has stopped showing anything (it is just a black screen). The vibration has also stopped working. It still records my steps and syncs fine with my app.

Can you suggest any ways I can fix this as it is very frustrating!

Hi @MicheleTu, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen and vibration feature of your Charge 3 stopped working. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my enquiry.

I have tried to do what you have suggested but it did not work.

Unfortunately because the screen and vibration doesn't work it did not
confirm that the reset had been done. I also reset the clock but that
hasn't changed anything.

Do you have any other suggestions? I am used my fitbit so much and will be
devastated if I can't get it fixed.
