Charge 3 screen blank but vibrates

This is my 2nd charge3, screen stating fading and then getting dimmer. Now blank but vibrates. Tried reset and click face change - still blank. All other functions work including pairing with app. Any suggestion if this can be fixed?

In addition to the regular restart and changing your Fitbit device's clock face, we recommend performing a long restart: Connect the device to the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. The device turns on and shows a battery icon.
