Charge 3 screen blank, not connected on Fitbit app

Folks,

Something strange has happened to my Charge 3 lately.

Screen is blank..it isn't connected on my mobile app..

When connected with charger, no battery indication shown on screen....It only vibrates when I press the side button and nothing happens when vibration is stopped. I have tried doing this multiple times already.

No Green light underneath too.

Some days ago it was stuck with smiley face on screen, now this is also not there!

What can I do to wake up my Charge 3?

@manishnakra It's nice to have you on board!

Thank you for checking the battery by plugging your tracker. I suggest you restart your device by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

If your tracker responds you will need to set it up as you mentioned that it isn't showing on your account.

Hope this helps.

I have already contacted support. In the end they said nothing can be done and ultimately I have no choice but to trash it!!

@manishnakra sorry to hear about this.

Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

Support and the product both are useless...no point selling a product which doesnt have support and we need to just trash it in 1 year.

Waste of money and time.

Greetings, I am having the same issue.   Went to bed, woke up, but my Charge 3 did not.  Charge 3 has blank screen, no green light, no smiley face.  Last update was 05/07.  Vibrates on button push, tried 8 second button push on charger, many many many times, tried 15 second button push on charger many many... many times. Nothing. No smiley face ever appears. Won’t even sync now. Just buzzes on button push. That’s all. Because it won’t connect can’t try watch face change. Is this a software problem?
