At some point today my Charge 3 display stopped working.
I have gone through the forums and done the reset of holding down the button whilst the fitbit is plugged in. Its not worked but the button is vibrating.
Any other fixes? I only got it on Chriatmas Day (my partners is still working). It has not gotten wet or been dropped or run out of charge.

Found a recent reply on another thread about changing the clock face and it has worked. Technology is strange.

Can’t get anything but a black screen with a line across it

Hi,
I'm having the same problem.
Smiley then went blank then later with a line across it.
Anyone here know how to fix this?
Can't seem to get to the live chat, it shows someone just snatched my last chat agent.
