hi my charge 3 screen is blank ,but everything still working it's vibrate. However, I try to fix by following everyone instrucins and long press to restart and it's still black screen. Then I try by re-sync screen clock and problem is watch no longer pairing with my phone (samsung s10)
Now I can't pair because can't fill pincode from watch!!
Please help. Is there any other way to sync with phone? Or any solution?

Hi there @icuna_2003, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear that you were able to sort this out.
If you experience a blank screen again on your Charge 3, I'd recommend to restart your device by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Or you can check in the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

Dear all who see this post. My charge 3 screen is coming back. I take off the straps and put it back again and the screen come back absurdly easily. Now everything is solve 😜
However this is not the first time it's blank screen and heart rate light turn red without reason or sometimes only blank screen.
Hope you teams fix this problem within the update. Thank you in advance.

I'm having the same problem with my Charge 3 that others have posted....black screen even though have done 8 second restart attempts, can't pair to phone because can't get code from watch, clock face change is not possible because can't pair watch with phone, and am having no luck removing the watch straps. So frustrating!
Please...how do I get get this thing working properly again? I'm having no luck with the solutions presented for the other posts...
