Charge 3 screen blank, vibrates, green lights are on

My Charge 3 screen is blank, device vibrates, green lights are on. Can't perform a short or long reboot (although I've walked through the steps) because I can't see the screen. For the past several months, the screen has been getting progressively more dim even if I changed the settings to bright. I'm assuming the screen died?

Mine did the same thing. Contacted help desk. did click face change. No change. and in advice attempt made to reboot which failed. Now it is just vibrating and the smiley face face appears and disappears when on charger. 

If off charger the logo flashes and 001 appears under neath.
