Charge 3 screen brightness is too low at my work and anytime outside. This CANNOT be a hard fix

C'mon fitbit.  Make Charge 3 Usable Again.  I'm at work and I have to crawl under my desk to see the display. It's very embarrassing and not good marketing for fitbit when my colleagues ask what the "#¤% I'm doing.

They think I'm crazy for not getting an Apple watch, and I'm starting to agree. 

This would be an easy firmware fix, would be the right thing to do for the environment (less people chucking their devices).  Then tons of users would have a usable device again.  C'mon. You got this.

Spent 2 hours trying to fix the brightness, so are you saying this chargev3 is now garbage?

I'm saying that the highest setting, 'Normal', is just not high enough.
There needs to be a 'High' setting as well so that the screen can be seen
outside (and bright rooms)
