My screen on my charge 3 went very dim and i can barely see it. Too dark to see or make changes. Restarting doesn't help. I was trying to brighten in settings and think I touched auto when it went very low and can no longer see screen to make changes. Is there some other way to make changes for this like in an app or something. I can barely see screen so I know it's on but that's it.

@bcbree It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Have you tried going to a dark room to see if you can change the settings on your Charge 3? If you can then long press the button and check that it isn't in the Don not Disturb mode or Sleep mode. Also check the brightness settings on the tracker itself.
I look forward to your confirmation or more information about this.

Thank you for responding. Apparently the auto brightness setting on my charge3 tracker is the same as barely on. I finally tried it in complete darkness and could barely see the screen. I just kept swiping and tapping the screen until I finally got lucky and got it back to where it was. Still hard to see outside in the sunlight but it's better than nothing. I found it hard to believe this is normal and indicates a problem with my Charge3 tracker. Probably not much chance of getting a replacement from manufacturer.

I have this same problem. The screen is too dark to navigate to any settings so how can I fix it?
I can't seem to get it out of sleep mode. I am so frustrated! Is there a way to change this in the app on my phone? If not, that would be a REALLY useful additional setting.
Thanks,
Karen
