Hi, my Charge 3 has stopped working and having issues around constant vibrating - I have tried both types of restarts (hard restart and long restart) and still the same. Constantly vibrating and losing battery, flicking between screens and also there seems to be line through the screen. Not done anything different with the device and it has always been used as per guidance. Please can someone help?
I had another Charge3 which stopped working with a deep line through the screen, so needed to be replaced less than a year ago, now this one is causing issues 😞 Thanks.

Hi @Resh23, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen, constant vibration and battery draining issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Charge 3. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if the screen doesn't show the lines across, the battery doesn't drain fast and it stops vibrating constantly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

That doesn’t work, whatever Fitbit programmers did to “upgrade” the device made it worse. Do they even test the programs before sending them out. Fitbit did this while I had a charge 2 and they rolled out charge 3. I’m never buying a Fitbit again and will make sure my friends know about his crappy company.

My Fitbit is doing the same exact thing except I have a line flickering on the top of the time. I have never had to charge my watch everyday. It was on 1% early yesterday in which I thought was weird bcuz I just charged it the night before. So I charged it around 6pm. I took it off the charger around 9pm. Got up this morning it was on 14%🤷🏽:female_sign: So I charged it once again once it reached 100% I took it off the charger and that was at 7 am and it’s now on 87%. I’m not doing anything any different from any other day. Please advise. Thanks

I'm having the same issue with my Charge 3, which started this morning. I did an online chat with Fitbit and since I'm out of warranty (originally purchased November 2018 but with 2 replacements including just a few months ago due to issues), all they can do is offer me a discount on a new device. I have pushed back and am asking for another replacement.

Hi,
I have always had a fitbit clock face, however I have changed this to another standard fitbit face as per your suggestion.
The lines across the screen have worsened... it is not wearable at moment, once it is charged and put on my wrist, it just constantly vibrates and then dies.
Please can you suggest what else I can do?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Reshma (see pics)
More lines across screen
This is what happens - drained battery - always!

HI,
I have charged my fitbit up again this morning - but today the red light is constantly on. Does this mean the HR monitor is not working??

I was having the same issue (screen flickering, random vibrations, several black lines through the screen). After I recently put the Charge 3 on the charger, it's vibrating constantly, occasionally showing a single white bar across the face (other than that the screen won't turn on), and is irresponsive to button pushes (so I can't restart). Additionally, the Fitbit iPhone app is now saying "no fitbit detected".
I only go this Charge 3 in February (10 months ago), what gives?
