I did write to them, and it was well under the warranty. But they said the
warranty doesn’t cover for the screen. If needed I have to get a new Fitbit
only. Sad, that we pay so much for the Fitbit but it breaks so soon and not
covered in warranty.

I think it depends how it cracked, if you banged it against something and it cracked then it wouldn’t be covered. But mine just cracked after 18 months and I said that I suspected it was due to heat from direct sunlight as I was on holiday in a hot country when it happened.. They asked for photos of the crack an of my receipt and they sent me a new one. The same happened to my Daughter’s Charge 2 and they sent her a new one too.
I don’t wear it in direct hot sunlight now.
Good luck.
Tony

particular about it. I was cracked few month after we bought it. My husband
bought the same, but didn’t happen anything for this charge 3. They said
simply it is not covered and buy new one if needed and not to use in water

Hello, my Fitbit Charge 3 has been cracked without ever dropping it. How can I get the screen repaired? Thank you and stay safe!

Hello,
It can’t be repaired,
Contact fitbit & if you still have your receipt, they will replace it.
Regards
Tony.
My charge 2 was out of warranty By 4 months when it cracked but they replaced it.

I've had the charge3 for less than a month (a replacement sent by fitbit) and the screen has cracked. I'm told this isn't covered by the warranty.
Last year my charge2 screen also cracked for no reason which is why I bought the charge3.
Seems like fitbit has a known issue they're not doing anything about.
