Charge 3 screen cycling through display non stip

My charge 3 is flicking between display screens and won’t stop flashing. It was fine before I put it on charge. Any ideas on what I can do. The vibrate function is activated with each screen change too

Try restarting the fitbit. Put it on charge and press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

 

This is safe to do and can sort out all sorts of issues.

Restarted and reset too. Neither sorted the problem. So frustrating. Probably up for a new one
