Hi
a line appeared across the display of my charge 3 about a month ago, a second line appeared about a week ago, and today there is 3 lines and a shadow right down the middle of the screen. All the fixes have been tried and It’s not a charging issue - the warranty is out as of next month.
How can I resolve this?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Did you try a restart process as advised in this help article. Also, let me know if you changed the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. You can see the steps to change the clock face in this help page.
