Charge 3 screen developed 3 lines in the middle

Hi

a line appeared across the display of my charge 3 about a month ago, a second line appeared about a week ago, and today there is 3 lines and a shadow right down the middle of the screen. All the fixes have been tried and It’s not a charging issue - the warranty is out as of next month.

How can I resolve this?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Did you try a restart process as advised in this help article. Also, let me know if you changed the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. You can see the steps to change the clock face in this help page.

Hi

I’ve tried the reboot and the clock face is standard. The display is getting worse - there’s 4 lines across it now and 3 shades of grey vertical stripes.
