Charge 3 screen died and need to add Charge 2 to existing Fitbit account

my charge 3 works fine (counts steps, syncs) but the screen has died.  My son gave me a charge 2 which works fine.  Can I just set it up and retain all my history,or do I need to perform some form of reset on the charge 2.

thanks in advance for any advice you can provide

Thanks for your speedy response.  The Charge 2 is up and working fine.  The screen is even far better than the one on the Charge 3 when it was new..

I will certainly connect with your support team to see if anything can be done.

Cheers
