Screen started dimming a few months ago, now it does not come on no matter how many times I've restarted it as suggested. Yesterday the phone app only tracks calories, weight, water and food.
Can FitBit post for all to read what is being done and what if any is the actual fix???
All these individual responses and suggestions are not helping their cause.
What specifically can we do?
Is there a fix?
Is it being resolved?
Something is up at FitBit and there is more than a handful of us experiencing this from as far back as December 2019, there seems to be a recurring theme in the responses and I've only had this product for a year.

My Charge 3 special edition seems to have a dimmed screen. I cannot see it in daylight anymore. I've restarted the device and set the dim mode to normal.
