Black screen... refund wanted or replacement in working order.
It looks like people have been having trouble for months, Surely there’s a time limit on waiting for this.
My first one over heated, are they really bothered.

Sorry to hear about your Charge 3 screen not working as it should. Thank you for the feedback regarding this issue. Rest assured that the team is working on finding the source of this issue and fixing it and once they provide any data or update we will let you know but at this time there isn't one.
