Charge 3 screen doesn't come on when I turn my wrist

In the past, the device would behave normally with the Screen wake feature enabled. ie. The screen would wake up when I wrote the wrist around which the watch is strapped onto. 

But not, even though the Screen Wake feature is turned ON, the features doesn't behave as it is supposed to be.

I've seen multiple posts regarding this issue, but users have referred to enabling the Screen wake feature in the settings screen. But that feature is already turned On for me,

If the Screen Wake is enable, but not working as it should I'd recommend restarting your device by following these steps.
