Screens won’t change reset completed while plugged in struggling to do this now and also struggling to charge any suggestions?

Hello @faya, welcome on board. I'll be glad to help you with your Charge 3's screen and battery issues.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend to follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and to maximize your Fitbit device's battery life, see the tips in Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
As for the display, in the first article I shared with you it asks you to restart your Charge 3 this step should also help with the issue you may have with the display.
