My charge 3 screen faded completely. I can barely read anything even on dark night.

Hi @T_sj, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen faded completely and it's hard to read it.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
As a side note, try adjusting the brightness of your tracker's screen as advised in this help page.

Its not a issue of restart, it just goes away, faded. Still syncing, while changing clock faces, it responds by vibrating, but could not see any light..
