Charge 3 screen fading and now it's black

  • So I have tried all the typical responses to repair this and none seem to work. My screen just one day started to fade and now... it’s total black! Yes it’s charged, yes I tried the 8 second and 15 second hold while plugged in. Only thing I get is the vibration to indicate it still working-ish!

As you've already tried the restart procedure it's probable best to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
