Screen is flashing from Time to DND/ sleep and continues to buzz off & on.  Tried resetting several times- no progress

Hello @AnnaFIT123 

Since multiple restarts didn’t work can you try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App? I’ve seen that help screen issues before. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm Preferably back to your original clock face or something made by Fitbit.
