My charge 3 screen suddenly started flickering and all words are twisted.
Any ideas? Tried to reset multiple times.

Yes. The fitbit support did contact me. They asked me reset which I have done multiple times already. They are now offering 25% off on new product. But there is already a sale going on which has 25% off. I get 0 cents discount.
I have been loyal customer using multiple generations of fitbit. This is first time I had hard time to resolve an issue. I consider myself quite technical and can do fairly complicated troubleshooting. The steps they send to me just not making sense. I wish they have better troubleshooting guides.
I am still working with the support. Hopefully we can get refund for the defected fitbit.

The fitbit support offered 25% discount for buying a new one. Then I found out the sales ongoing is also 25% off. So I basically get 0 cent off for a broken fitbit. Still trying to negotiate with fitbit support. 😞
