My Charge 3 just keeps flickering between the "Screen Wake" settings screen and the "Home Screen (Clock)" while vibrating as it goes back and fourth. I tried rebooting it while connected to the charger but it gives me the horizontal status bar as it reboots the freezes. The is no 🙂 ever given. I've had multiple issues with this Charge 3 since I purchased it around Thanksgiving. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling as well as reconnecting but I'm at a point now where I can't do much as the device is just cycling through screens and vibrating uncontrollably. Also tried wiping it down to make sure there wasn't a fingerprint or something on the screen or sensor. No luck there. Ideas on if its defective and what I can do to resolve?

I'm using DM on Twitter, which was the only option other than e-mail, which it said could take 2 days to get a response.

I haven't, I got my fitbit charge3 as a birthday gift December 2018 from my inlaws. Idk where they bought it and I don't have any of the papers or box it came with anymore. How would I go about this?

Well, they do answer the phone during the day and it took about 20 minutes to get someone on the phone plus another 15+/- of troubleshooting before he determined by Charge 3 was toast. They are sending a replacement and I already have a FedEx tracking number. The estimated delivery is May 6th so from the day it died I'll be without a Fitbit for 9 days. Faster would be better. I'm happy they are replacing it, but not happy that it died in less than a year.

Do you mind sharing the number you called? It's worth a try. Thank you!

I’m also having this problem, dramatic flickering and misaligned lines. I tried restarting, and plugging in the device while holding the button for 15 seconds, unplugging, and plugging in again, and I changed the clock face. I still have very dramatic flickering.

My Charge 3 is now doing the same. After the Fitbit Update, my charge 3 hasn't been able to keep it's battery, it dies within the hour if not minutes.
After trying to reset twice my Charge 3 is now flashing "DND/Sleep," "Clock/Steps," and "Exercise/Agenda" screens while vibrating each change of screen. I'v tried rebooting it while connected to the charger but it gives me the horizontal status bar as it reboots the freezes, I'm no longer getting the smiley face. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing the app, but I can't even reconnect the fitbit b/c i can't put it in pairing.
Please help!

No. Fitbit offered me a small discount on specific devices but it didn't seem worth it IMO. I ended up getting a Fitbit Inspire 2 b/c it was cheaper than what I would get with their discount on other devices, and I didn't want to risk paying for something expensive for it to just stop working again. Haven't been tracking activity for a few months now to give myself a break.

Hi. I have sent the Fitbit back and they have fully refunded me. Very quick reply from fitbit customer service and very quick with the refund.
