The screen froze so I followed instructions, cleaned it and put on charger. Held button until face appeared. Left there for a few hours. It was fully charged but as soon as I put the wrist bands on again and place on my wrist it freezes.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the display of your Charge 3 got frozen when you put it on your wrist. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
