Charge 3 screen freezes

This happens to me frequently. If I go back by pressing the side "button" of the wrist band it goes back to home screen, and I can see a small dot gliding across the screen at the top. After a while, it goes back to normal again and I can access the Exercise screen again. But by then it's to late...This is annoying. I get the feeling that it happens if I'm to fast when I tap the Exercise screen.

By the way, I have a charge 3, not 4, but perhaps it's the same issue anyway.

@LottaR Nice to see you around. Thank you for reporting this and specifying that your situation is with the Charge 3. I moved the post to the right board to avoid confusions as this troubleshooting steps apply only to the Charge 3. 

 

Since the restart did not help, please perform these steps:

 

  • Connect the Charge 3 to the charging cable and this to charge 
  • Press and hold the tracker's button for 15 seconds.
  • A loading bar will be displayed to you.
  • The tracker will turn off.
  • Remove it from the charging cable and put it back in.
  • The Charge 3 will then restart.
