Hello,

my Fitbit Charge 3 screen was not turning on after what I think happened is it was not charged for long then battery was drained totally. I searched and found multiple articles suggesting different reset scenarios of 5, 8, and 15 seconds and I did all but somehow description listed next to solution was not happening exactly with me, and then I changed face, and eventually screen display came on but no response when trying to click or swipe.

 

Please help.
