Hello Team,
I am using Charge 3 more than a year and screen gets dim day by day and hoping that display will die soon. Can you please help me out to get a genuine service center in Bangalore, India where i can give them. I have tried to reach out number "000 800 100 4540" given in different forums but no luck. Can someone please help me in getting right contacts.

Hi @Vassrafit, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 is getting dim day by day. I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center.
However, I'd like you to try some troubleshooting steps that are helpful for this type of issues. Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for your response.
I have already performed all your given suggestions and also changed clock face but of no use.
However not at all happy for not having repair center in India, really shocked to see such response.
Spending lot of money and ending up in not getting them repair is not right solution.
Being a fitbit user since 2018 used Blaze and Charge 3, you just made me unhappy 😞
