Good afternoon

Since a time ago I notice that some times my charge 3 turns blanck but it is running and working because it still vibrate. The only solution that I found was putting charging and in some minutes it wake up. I notice in this forum that it is a comum problem. For more information my device is in the warraty period and I have a video with the problem if it helps in solve the device problem.
