As the title says the screen on my charge 3 is completely blank.
I can't reset the device. I connect it to the charger and it vibrates so I know it is connected. When I hold the button it vibrates at first but nothing else happens whether I hold it for 8 or 15 seconds.
I've also tried changing the clock face but this hasn't resolved it.
All other forum posts I've checked say to contact customer support. However the live chat link doesnt work and the only phone number provided is a US one and I'm in the UK.
Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Make sure that you have selected your location on the Fitbit website so it shows the phone number for UK customers. If not then please retry using the Chat option using a different web browser like Firefox or Chrome.
