Hi,
I have a charge 3. The display has gone blank - which I know is a common problem - but the rset procedure does not work.
Withe the fitbit in the charging cable, it vibrates when I press the button on the side. It vibrates continuously, for as long as I press the button. I have held the button for 8 seconds and 15+ seconds, but no display appears.
I have also noticed that the LEDs on the back do not light.
So, I am wondering if the fitbit is dead - and perhaps the vibrations are coming from the charging cable/dock. Can anyone confirm where the vibrations come from? If it is from the fitbit, then perhaps it is not dead.
I have tried plugging the USB in my laptop, but nothing happens - no notification of anything being plugged in.
If anyone has any other ideas, I'd be pleased to hear from you.
Thanks
Adrian
Update:
I've noticed that while I was typing this, someone else has just posted with the identical problem!
Hi @MarreFitbit,
I too have followed the instructions you gave to @janni0005, but with no improvement. Shall I contact the support team too?
Thanks
Adrian
