My Fitbit charge three has frozen on the main screen. It did this yesterday then I restarted it- got the smiley face and then when it went back to the main screen it froze straight away again. It shows the clock face but you are unable to scroll though to any other features. I have attempted to restart the device and it will not even connect to the charger. It is still tracking activity- but only as long as this charge lasts.
I have cleaned the charging ports, attempted to connect to charging in different ways.
I have attempted to change the clock face as suggested on other threads.
what else can I try?

Hi Juan Jo,
I am also facing similar issue. My screen got froze and I can not perform any action. Also, my watch is not getting connected to the my phone. It's charging perfectly but screen isn't simply not working. Also, there are some blank lines appear on the screen.I tried changing clock face, shut down, restart, etc. but nothing worked.
This is my second Fitbit watch and both watches didn't last for a year. I am starting to doubt Fitbit Quality.
