Charge 3 screen has 5 dots on screen and no display

My Fitbit has no display, only showing 5 bright dots on screen. Have tried to reset to no avail. I have unpaired it from my phone but now can not reconnect it as there is no display and I cannot see the code. It is only 11 months old and I use this everyday. How do I rectify this? Thanks.

Hi I tried to reset the Fitbit and switch it off and it does not work. Does not seem to reset and the 5dots continue to be there. Thanks

Juan I Have the exact same issue, and I have tried all of your steps. However, the black screen and dots have still not went away.
