Charge 3 screen has a line of dead pixels

Hi, 

I've had my Charge 3 for about 6 months now and all of a sudden there appears to be a line of dead pixels across the screen. I have done a short and long reboot none of which have fixed the problem! Any ideas on what else to try?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen showing dead pixels and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.
