Charge 3 screen has a white line across the screen from left to right

I just received my tracker about an hour ago. I've turned it on and synced it and I've got a solid white line across the middle of the screen! Is there any way of fixing this or is it going to have to be sent back for replacement?

 

A reboot didn't help...

My HR3 started with a few white lines and now I can’t even read the time.  I tried rebooting to no avail.  Then I checked to ensure my apps were updated.  This is frustrating.  Pls help.  All suggestions welcome

I contacted fitbit and they were so good and it was just in warranty so they replaced it for me. It all happened so quickly

Replacement of the device, nothing else.

Fitbit will replace your unit if you send them an image showing the white
line.

The line has now disappeared, was at an event on the 29th February and
Showed the fitbot guys there - they took pictures but the next day is
was fixed

How did you fix it? I tried - seeing if I needed an update- but it said mine was up to date

ours is stuck on the line only, we can't even see it on the bluetooth.   was it like that?  did you leave it alone while charging or just like that?   Doubt ours will wake up as it's not communicating with anything

My HR3 started with

A white line that morphs into several white lines and now totally black.  Tried everything.  Bought it in a store during vacation so guess it’s a loss!  HR 3 appears to have a bug.

Out of the box, we too had the mystery static white bar on the display.  Once we charged the battery and we able to conduct the software update, the white line status bar went away and the device displayed the proper time.

I just purchased my tracker this week and received it hours ago.  While trying to set it up, aside from the white line in the screen, i cannot also see the battery status during charge. I have to remove the charger and put it back on again just to check if it's charging or not.

 

Whenever i press the side button, tracker is just vibrating, but is still showing the white line.
