Charge 3 screen has a white line across the screen from left to right

I just received my tracker about an hour ago. I've turned it on and synced it and I've got a solid white line across the middle of the screen! Is there any way of fixing this or is it going to have to be sent back for replacement?

 

A reboot didn't help...

I have the same issue with the white line across screen. Wasnt there initially.

Fitbit 3 just arrived this afternoon. Experiencing same white line issue. Any update on solution for this yet? Please advise ASAP

My screen also has a white line going across the screen 

 

I’m having the same issue the screen is fine just has annoying white line going across the screen

This is happening to mine too. Only the line is just a bit lower. I tried restarting it and its still there. It appeared right after I tried the 2-minute relaxation, which is kind of funny if you think about it lol

Hahaha they told me they sent my pics up to some specialists and will hear back via email. This should be a fun time!!!

Yes. Lol I was told they were opening a case and I would be contacted in the future. I really have had great experiences with their customer service... knock on wood.

I had the same problem with the white line. After the latest FW update and some time (1-2hrs) the white line suddenly disappeared. But I will give it back and get a new one.
