This is my THIRD charge 3 and was a replacement for exactly same problem. The first one lasted almost 12 months, replacement same, this 3rd one I have only had since September/October 2020. Have done restart, long restart, changed clock face . Lines increasing. This is definitely the last fitbit for me - they should last longer than a few months.

I have the same issue - within the last 48 hours my screen on my charge 3 has become stripey, with vertical lines in the screen. It has been on my wrist aside from showering and charging, and the screen surface is perfect, no scratches. Have tried to reboot but no change. Can you advise what the problem may be- is there any fix?

I’m having the same issue with my Fitbit. I’ve tried restarting numerous times and the black lines are still there. Changing the clock face didn’t help, and the black lines are different depending on what screen I’m on, making it hard to read. Additionally, the Fitbit support link won’t let me start a ticket and keeps giving me an error message. If someone from Fitbit would reach out that would be helpful.

I’ve had FOUR Charge 3s; all of them crap. While under warranty they kept sending defective replacements. Once out of warranty, they say, “Sorry, it’s no longer covered. Here’s a discount for a Charge 4.” I will never buy another Fitbit. Either pay more and get a quality fitness tracker, or get a cheapie on Amazon. Probably last longer than a Fitbit.
