last week my charge 3 developed black lines across the home screen. I can no longer view my steps or heart rate. I tried the hard reset per other posts, and it still has a broken screen. Please help!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 showing vertical lines on its screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
