Upon putting my charge 3 on to charge last night I noticed the display began showing vertical white lines on the display once I plugged it in. I thought it would go once charged however it has not gone. I’ve reset it twice, the short and longer way as well as trying to change the clock face. The lines are still there each time. I can’t find an email for support and do not have Twitter. How do I fix this?
