Charge 3 screen has faded away!

The screen on my fitbit charge 3 is partly faded. It is fully charged. Can anyone help?

Hello @NimraHussain 

I wonder if you adjusted the brightness settings by accident. Tap the settings gear on your Charge 3 and scroll down to brightness and select the brightness you desire. Hopefully that resolves the issue. Please let me know if this helps. 😃 Happy Stepping!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @NimraHussain. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 screen has faded away and that is fully charged.

 

Please confirm that you didn't adjust the brightness as @SunsetRunner mentioned. Also check  that your device is not on Do Not Disturb (DND) or sleep mode.
