Charge 3 screen has faded to black

My two year old tracker's screen is no longer visible.  It still functions and charges the screen/ Nada.  Restarting the tracker has no effect..

Let me help you with your Charge 3's screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

My tracker's screen is no longer visible too... It went completely white, then, nothing. Changing the face clock, normal reboot or long reboot have no effect. It still seems to track ok, but the screen no longer works at all...
