Charge 3 screen has gone black and it won't light up

Charge 3 screen has gone black, will not light up with notifications or time. It still vibrates with notifications, but the light is out.

Hi @dianetay, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the black screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen lights up properly.

Hi there, I've been through the list already.   

in addition - doesn't turn on when I move wrist (bc I could never figure this out)

Clock face is fitbit format, didn't know we had other options.

 

This is something new - prior it would hold a charge for a full week or more and now has died three times in 48 hours.   So very disappointed, expected product to last much longer.  What to do?
