Charge 3 screen has gone black

Hi my charge 3 vibrated and i went to check it i pressed button at side and nothing has come up on screen its black. I thought maybe battery had died but it charged at medium. I then went to apo and shoock thd charge 3 and its still clocking steps but i cant see time or anything else as screen is black can anyone help

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working and thank you for charging your tracker. I suggest you try restarting your tracker and also change the clock face.

I have the same issue, blank screen.  Am I able to restart from the app??

I have tried all the various restarts and reboots but my screen stays black. No smiley face for me! Very frustrating to see this is a widespread problem.

same issue for over 6 hours so far. Charged it  and no change. still tracking but a bit irritating to not have the screen working on a fitbit I just got maybe 2 months ago.
