Charge 3 has gone black so cannot use as a watch, etc. It still talks to phone though. How can I set to Swimming through phone app?

Hi @Ttandem, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 has gone black and it won't turn on.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on properly.

My screen is black too. And of course my warranty expired last month. I've tried all the steps to reset it. I have talk to customer support. I'm waiting for an email for further advice, but I' guessing they'll just say....buy another one.....I can still use it on the phone app and will continue to do so, but buy another one.....no, I don't think so.
