Hi. My Fitbit screen has gone all fuzzy and I am unable to read any of the data. I have tired resets but it isn’t working. Could anyone provide any assistance on this? Thanks

Try a Long Restart:
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Hi there @ChatwinL, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided.
As my friend @cbwilsha recommended, please perform a long restart on your Charge 3 by following the steps he provided.
In case that the restart doesn't work, please check in your Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so,change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

I love my Fitbit Charge 3, but it has broken my heart. Same thing happened to me. Very hard to see - fuzzy screen. I charged it, tried a reset, tried a long restart, and changed the clock face. Nothing worked. I don't want to have to buy an iWatch, but will be forced to if Fitbit doesn't help me. Please help!
