My charge 3 screen looks like someone has taken a eraser to it across the screen, wiping out horizontal lines.
I have tried some of the troubleshooting steps I have found in similar posts, such as changing the clock face, but that has not helped.
What next?

Message FitbitSupport on Twitter. Much more helpful. I had the same issue, sent a photo and got a replacement within a week.

I followed the instructions to reboot my device using the menus on the device itself and that did not help.

I gave up on getting any resolution on this issue and broke down and purchased a Charge 4.
