I am also facing the same issue of horizontal lines on the screen . Earlier it was just one and there are 2-3 and its very disturbing. Pls reset my fitbit charge 3 from back end. I have tried to do the steps youhave mentioned on this above but it doesn't work.help pls.

Because the screen is still not working correctly, I've gone ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. I have a fitbit charge 3 and this last week everyday it seems like another line burns out I now have 7 blank lines running through my fitbit
