The thing is I have gone for business trip and accidentally left it drained. When I was back I charged it but it was not on. I thought it was too drained and I went for other errands. Then checking back on it I found interrupted lines on the charging box usually displayed with percentage of battery. I swiped and see other section got interrupted parts too. It looked like the screen had a black bit covered the content of display. I tried all methods, hard reset, guessing the interrupted words on settings to reboot device, remove device in mobile app and then set it back up which was failure as I could not see the pairing code on the watch screen. Also I researched every possible ways online but then ended up chatting with fitbit support. He was kindda distracted when asking for repeated info which I mentioned even with the pictures. He repetitively requested to end chat after asking about my warranty status which implied that nothing would happen next :). A second later an email coming proved that I was right. I knew my watch was overdue with warranty and will not get replacement but I did not expect the service would be this level. He said he would escalade my case to the warranty department and would respond within 24hrs and the mail was coming right up. I guess they would not need to check that long though and bother to assist further :). I have bought the charge 3 for several years and this is my firs time I ever need support from them and they just lost their customer right after it :). I think it's time to complete the apple ecosystem by switching to their watch instead.
