Charge 3 screen has lines and is dim

I’ve had my Charge 3 for about 6 months. I noticed recently that the screen had lines running through it & it kept getting worse. Now today the screen is very dim & impossible to read outside. I’ve tried the long & the short reset. Neither helped.

Hi @Doglady56, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 has lines across and it's very dim. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen gets fixed.

I’m not using a 3rd party watch face but I did try switching to a couple different ones provided by Fitbit. Unfortunately, this didn’t help.
