Hi there, my Fitbit 3 is 18 months old and I just noticed this morning that there are 2 vertical white lines . Even after rebooting it's still the same. Does that mean I'm up for a new Fitbit.

Hi @Mookabird, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it has 2 vertical lines across. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so, follow the steps below:
Finally, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I went through all of these steps multiple times and nothing worked and then one day it decided to start working for about a week and now, today, along with so many other users my Charge 3 stopped working again. Blank screen, plugged into charger, held the button, got the smiley face, etc., etc. What is going on FitBit???
