Hello, I have only had my charge 3 since May 2020 and it has been giving me problems for the last month. The screen went blank about a month ago, and I have tried to troubleshoot it by the 8 second method and 15 second method. The third time I did the 15 second method, the screen came on with white lines instead of a normal screen. I would really like this to work or get a replacement. Thank you

Could you please confirm that you have tried changing Charge 3 clock face?

Yes I have tried to change to clock face. It was actually the first thing I tried and I tried it after the 8 second method, but it did not work both times.
