Any chance the charge 3 screen can be updated to have a brighter setting. It’s impossible to read in daylight

Make sure the Brightness setting is on "AUTO" not Dim or Normal, and the sensor on the left side is exposed so it can sense ambient lighting level. I didn't figure this out for several *months*, probably by accident.

Very disappointed in Fitbit on this issue of lighting nit seems to be a problem many are experiencing so it must be a flaw in this model. Everything else works, but what use is it if one cannot see the screen? How wasteful.

I agree, I can't read anything and I still have to wear a watch to see the time!

Hi
I have the same issue, I feel like I’m blind outside. My wife has Charge 5 - no problem at all to read.
I’ve spoken with customer service since I purchased this 3 plus years ago. Nothing works.
they must know it’s flawed. Disappointed Fitbit has not acknowledged this, and provide a trade in to upgrade.
